Schools, offices, industrial workplaces, restaurants and retail are still dealing with the great “unknown”. The provincial governments in Canada are slowly beginning to reopen the doors to the economy. Even in these early stages, many employers are starting to make plans for reopening their own doors and considering how to do so safely.

As testing for the COVID-19 becomes more available, cases seem to be dropping which gives hopes things may start getting back to the “new normal” especially with treatments and vaccines around the corner.

Employees will be looking at a hybrid working situation from home and office. New seating layouts and even scheduled rides on the elevators.
