LONDON ONTARIO IS BECOMING THE SATELLITE OFFICE OPTION

The last time we witnessed a serious economic set back was 2008-2009 with the financial meltdown in the United States.

You may remember the financial crisis was a slow burn. It took months for the U.S economy to fail which triggered economic issues across the globe.

Fast forward to March 2020 and the COVID-19 crisis. This virus has shut down economies across the globe. The biggest issue global governments and financial institutions are dealing with is the pace in which so many sectors of business have come to a complete stand still.

Office space, manufacturing plants, retail, restaurants and hotels are looking for government subsidies because business has shut-down. In-coming cash revenue has stopped and so many businesses are offering packages to workers or many are being laid off.

Hundreds of Canadian businesses are reviewing this new economy where tens of thousands are now working from home instead of coming into the office.

All that said, workers need a home base. London Ontario is becoming the perfect geographic location for so many sectors of business.

Canadian firms looking for a practical, affordable office space with proximity to Toronto, the U.S Border and access to warehousing are connecting with the London Economic Development Corporation.
